These public funds embezzlers need to be prosecuted to send a very strong message to others who might think it’s okay to steal education opportunities from economically disadvantaged children.

Ask KCB and CBK and KACC in this case….there’s a paper trail of account openers and signatories…..easy uh? Not rocket science if you ask me.

But guess what? The channel and web of corruption involves the legal system, the police and the institutions listed above……. the biggest a55 is the law, the smelliest a550oles are the politicians and bureaucrats in these institutions…….

Oh please stop refering to Kibaki’s orders they are toothless. The fault lies with the 2 nutty professors who head the education ministry and not the small fish that were suspended.

Wako is an offspring of two corrupt regimes. He is the single biggest obstacle to prosecuting officially sanctioned gangster-ism in the two governments. He has no regard to the deteriorating justice systems. The poor and their children are doomed every time he smiles wolfishly!
