I want to continue my studies in germany.I have already found the perfect university,but the tuition is a little bit high for me,800 euros per-semester.I’ve heard that education is free in some cities in germany,does anyone know which ones?

How many of you would like to have competely free education on internet from a internet based university with no formal affiliation?
